Christopher M. Minke, BS, DMD, MS

Dr. Christopher Minke, a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics, a Fellow of the American College of Prosthodontists and is currently in his 39th year of teaching prosthodontic principles in Biloxi. Mississippi.

He received his dental degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and his prosthodontic training at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center and the University of Texas Health Sciences Center where he earned a Certificate in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science in Prosthodontics upon graduation in 1990.

After retiring from the USAF, he continued as an educator teaching undergraduate dentistry at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston (2002-2004) and in 2004 he took a position with the Veterans Health Administration as the Program Director of the Residency in Prosthodontics at Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston.  In the summer of 2014 Dr. Minke and his wife moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast where he took a position in general dentistry with the Veterans Gulf Coast Health Care System in Biloxi, MS. Since retiring from Federal Service, Chris has joined AvaDent Digital Dental Solutions part time as Director of Education to spread the word about digital dentures.
