Dr. Caldwell is practicing periodontist with extensive experience in surgically focused care of patients with complex restorative and implant-based treatment plans. Dr. Caldwell has published numerous articles and portions of two textbooks related to bone regeneration in compromised implant cases. Dr. Caldwell is a Diplomate of the American Board of Implantology/Restorative Dentistry and a Diplomate of the International College of Oral Implantology. Dr. Caldwell’s contributions to the field of Dentistry were recognized by his peers when he was selected by the Texas Academy of General Dentistry as the “Texas Dentist of the Year” in 2010. He is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and a Fellow of the International College of Dentists.
