Attendees must register in the appropriate category (e.g., Active Member, Non-Member Dentist), especially if CE credits will be claimed.
Accepted forms of payment include Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard. Checks must be made out to the El Paso Dental Conference and should be mailed with the completed registration form.
Registration will be available on-site (for an additional fee). We recommend pre-registering for the meeting.
Badges will be mailed 2-4 weeks prior to the meeting. If you register within 2 weeks of the meeting. Please pick up your badge at the registration booth.
All eligible requests for refunds or cancellations must be received in writing on or before 9/1/2021. Send a written request for cancellation / refund accompanied by badge number and summary of registration to the El Paso Dental Conference. An administrative charge of 20% will be assessed. Refunds are processed 4 weeks following completion of the dental conference. Please send all refund requests to Yolanda Alva-Corella at email@example.com
*No refunds will be issued to EPDDS members pursuant to the El Paso District Dental Society bylaws. According to the bylaws, all EPDDS members are required to register for the annual El Paso Dental Conference each year of the member’s active membership.
